The front axle clutch kit is designed to connect and disconnect the drive wheels from the transmission. In the disabled state, the wheels rotate, but the axle shafts and other transmission elements do not. Thus, components that do not have to rotate in vain wear out less, and fuel is also saved.
Applicability
The kit for installing front axle couplings (hubs) is specially designed for vehicles manufactured by GAZ PJSC 2217 (Sobol 4x4) that are not equipped with an ABS anti-lock braking system.
