The design of the winch consists of a body, an engine, a gearbox, a drum. The package includes: control unit, remote control panel, wired control panel, metal cable, hawse and hook.
The HUNTER winch has a three-stage planetary gearbox. The gears of the reducer undergo a special nitrocarburizing of the surface layer with subsequent hardening, which makes it possible to achieve a tooth hardness of up to 35 (HRC) units on the Rockwell scale. This protects against deformation even under maximum loads.
This model of the winch is able to work with a short immersion under water to a depth of 1 meter. Water resistance is ensured by several factors: a rubber gasket guarantees a tight connection between the motor housing and the bracket, rubber cuffs protect the motor and gearbox from the side of the connection with the winch drum from moisture, a closed control unit and a cap for the wired remote control connector protect the contact group from corrosion.
The complete set of the winch for Hunter and SGR vehicles differs in cable length. The length of the power cable "+" (corrugated) is 2.8 meters, the power cable "-" is 1.5 meters.
