Description
Black clutch housingredBTR UAZ Z series made by cold stamping, without preheating of the workpiece. For metals and alloys, such pressure treatment corresponds to the conditions of cold plastic deformation, accompanied by a change in physical and mechanical properties. This allowed redBTR to produce a wheel coupling for UAZ vehicles with the best performance (increased strength, high hardness and wear resistance) with a relatively low part weight.
The new housing production technology has made it possible to maximize the reliability of the connections, and the high level of dust and moisture protection (IP67), thanks to the introduction of a sealing silicone gasket, makes it possible to use new couplings for connecting the drive redBTR in virtually all operating conditions.
