The final drive gears
redBTR (the main pair) transmit torque from the cardan shaft to the rear axle shaft and front axle joints. A set with a gear ratio of 2.77 - designed for vehicles manufactured by UAZ LLC 3151, 469 with gear axles.
- Nitrocarburizing to a depth of 1.4 mm gives the metal layer increased wear and corrosion resistance. The internal plasticity of the metal structure is preserved.
- Surface hardening of the teeth increases the strength characteristics of the product to 57-63 HRC on the Rockwell scale.
