Panhard rod - a structural element of an automobile suspension, a torque rod that prevents the axle from moving in a dependent suspension in the transverse direction. The rod is fixed at one end to the frame and the other end to the axle of the vehicle. With a suspension lift, the length of the standard rod is no longer enough, as a result, the bridge is displaced in the transverse plane relative to the frame, the control and operation of the suspension are disturbed, and a rod of increased length is required. To do this, there is an adjustable Panhard rod with the possibility of changing its length, depending on the height of the suspension lift.
Applicability
For vehicles manufactured by UAZ LLC with Spicer bridges (1600 mm gauge).
Benefits of the Panhard Row redBTR:
- The rod is adjustable in length up to 100 mm (with a total length of up to 950 mm at the centers of the holes).
- The wall thickness is 3 mm greater than that of standard rods.
- Supplied with polyurethane silent blocks.
