Polaris Sportsman 500-1000 m³ shock absorber bushings are made of caprolon material. Original bushings are often made of soft material and are subject to deformation during operation. Due to the deformation, dirt and moisture enter the shock absorber mounts, which leads to their accelerated wear.
Kaprolon bushings are much stronger than the original ones and have the following characteristics:
- are not subject to deformation during the movement of the ATV;
- tolerate high temperature changes;
- have an extended lifespan compared to the original ones.
The bushings are completed with fingers made of stainless steel grade 40X13. This steel belongs to the category of heat-resistant martensitic steels and is often called medical due to its high corrosion resistance, which absolutely does not allow it to rust.
Caprolon bushings redBTR with pins assemblies for Polaris Sportsman 500-1000 m³ ATV shock absorbers have the following advantages:
- do not deform while working in extreme conditions;
- operating temperature range from -40 to +160 °C;
- high corrosion resistance eliminates rust formation;
- Suitable for use on ATVs participating in off-road competitions and trophy raids.
