The bushings of the suspension arms of the Bombardier ATV (BRP) with G1 frame are made of Kaprolon material. The original bushings are often made of soft material and are subject to deformation during suspension operation. Due to the deformation, dirt and moisture enter the suspension units, which leads to their accelerated wear.
Kaprolon bushings are much stronger than the original ones and have the following characteristics:
- are not subject to deformation during the movement of the ATV;
- tolerate high temperature changes;
- have an extended lifespan compared to the original ones.
The bushings are completed with fingers made of stainless steel grade 40X13. This steel belongs to the category of heat-resistant martensitic steels and is often called medical due to its high corrosion resistance, which absolutely does not allow it to rust.
BTR nylon bushings redBTR with pin assemblies for Bombardier ATV (BRP) suspension arms with G1 frame have the following advantages:
- do not deform while working in extreme conditions;
- operating temperature range from -40 to +160 °C;
- high corrosion resistance eliminates the formation of rust inside the suspension units;
- Suitable for use on ATVs participating in off-road competitions and trophy raids.
